If you need to cancel or modify your booking, we encourage you to do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests within this time frame.

Our boxing classes are designed for individuals aged 15 and older. Participants must be at least 15 years of age at the time of the class to attend.

For safety reasons, we do not allow younger participants in these sessions. All minors (under 18) must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver before attending their first class.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and appropriate training environment for all participants.

To secure your session, a 50% partial payment deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your session.

The remaining balance must be paid by the end of your boxing session.

Cancellations, no-shows or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will forfeit the deposit.

By making a deposit, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us provide the best service for all clients.

Sessions scheduled outside of our standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) will incur an additional fee due to extended staffing and operational costs.

An extra charge of $15 applies to bookings made before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM.

This fee is non-negotiable and will be added to the total booking cost.

Full payment, including the after-hours surcharge, is required by the end of your session.

Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies still apply.
